Our goal is to provide quality healthcare services with maximum coverage and reimbursement, regardless of in-network or out-of-network statuses.
If you are Tricare Prime, we will need specific authorization from your pediatrician for an evaluation/treatment with SLP Riley/Phillips Speech Therapy Corp. If you are Tricare Select, we will need a referral from your pediatrician.
All other plans do not require prior authorization.
SLP Riley currently accepts:
You can review your deductibles and copays for speech services by searching for Phillips Speech Therapy Corp (our DBA is SLP Riley) in your insurance patient connection accounts/apps or calling the 800 number on the back of your card.
We accept all PPO plans.
If you have an HMO plan but are struggling to receive "timely access to care" through your HMO providers, please contact us and your insurance company. Should we have availability that works for you, you are eligible for a medical exemption from your insurance provider. Learn more about your medical rights here:

If your insurance is out-of-network, Kaiser, or Medi-Cal, we will always generate a superbill (this includes billing codes, services provided, etc) to submit to your provider for potential reimbursement.
