Evaluation

It is recommended that initial evaluations be conducted in person, although telehealth options are available. The evaluation will assess cognitive domains spanning across memory, attention, executive functioning, and language. Prior to the evaluation, clients will complete questionnaires documenting their current areas of concern to further personalize assessments and recommendations.

Services

Cognitive Therapy + Cognitive Behavioral Therapy sessions are personalized to each individual’s needs, family roles, and work life. Sessions will focus on a variety of cognitive abilities (memory, attention, comprehension, recall) as well as internal and external strategies. Our clients are empowered by the education they receive regarding their traumatic brain injury (TBI) and the tools acquired to re-engage in their daily lives.

Weekly sessions may be facilitated in-person or via telemedicine (zoom).

Personal Injury Cases

SLP Riley may extend credit to clients who have acquired a TBI from an accident or personal injury and are currently engaged in an open case. This balance is due in full at the resolution of your case.
